It's nice to see you're studying up on the Republican Minority Whip in the Senate. Agreed about the two names. That is very annoying. You did, however, fail to mention the episode where they made decorative eggs. That kept me up all night with excitement.

OK I just finished watching "Mac Bangs Dennis' Mom" - I'd seen parts of it before but not the whole episode. Hilarious. Pure genius. Easily one of the best episodes.

I'm still chuckling a little.

I hate Seinfeld, and have never seen a full episode, so I can't comment on that analogy. But it's certainly true that the show is about nothing. In the first season they touched on gun control, abortion, racism, homosexuality, cancer, underage drinking, and molestation - and they managed to do it without taking a clear stance, just being asinine and hilarious the whole time. Quite impressive.

I fixed the gross misspelling in Robert Downey Jr.'s name...thanks.

I don't know if I'd say this show is a guilty pleasure. I believe every moronic and near insane moment in this show is crafted that way on purpose. It's our generation's version of Seinfeld. I believe that show had the mantra "no hugging, no learning" and I think it's clear that Always Sunny follows the same. It is our show about nothing, and it's brilliant in that regard.

Day Man is our Soup Nazi.

Robert Downey Jr. owned what were the highlights of Tropic Thunder.

I've been all over It's Always Sunny. The 1776 episode was the first episode of the season I thought wasn't that great. It was still good, but it didn't hit me with hilarity like I was hoping. I had missed some of the second season, and likewise I've watched them at Hulu.

That is a damn funny show. Do an entry on that.

family guy is hit-or-miss to me, and i haven't seen new southparks in a while (although i think i had it on and there was something about killer guinea pigs or something).

i've gotten even more into "it's always sunny in philadelphia." i've been watching a couple of episodes a day on hulu.com (which is free and legal, and you can watch in HD).

also, i've changed the anti-spam words. if you log in you shouldn't need to use the spam word, but the new ones are much cooler.

Anybody else done with South Park and Family Guy like I am? I don't find the former funny anymore, and I'm not sure the latter ever really was, but now it's just pissing me off.
