I think the names of subdivisions should have to be accurate. When I go into “Azalea Gardens,” I expect to see gardens of azaleas. What I find, instead, are cookie-cutter houses with no yards, much less azalea gardens. Similarly, I expect no more and no less than twelve oak trees gracing “Twelve Oaks.” Honestly, it may sound pretty, but it’s misleading those of us who expect more.
